The AdirOffice Drop/Lift Wall Rack provides compact and convenient hanging storage in compact areas where space is limited. Just use hanging paper clamps to clip your blueprints, plan drawings, maps and other large files together, then put them in these handy, wall-mounted brackets to keep them organized and close at hand (clamps sold separately). Expertly constructed using solid steel, this wall rack will provide long-term durability and use for years to come. It boasts a 240-lb weight capacity and can hold up to 1,200 documents at once. It's furnished in a finish that will easily fit into and enhance any existing decor. This storage rack can fit any size paper clamps you choose depending on how far apart you install the brackets. Once the brackets are fixed, only one size clamp will fit. Mounting hardware is included for quick and easy installation on any wall. Due to the weight capacity, it's strongly recommended to attach the unit to wall studs or a solid surface. Once installed, clamps lift out and drop in for easy, convenient access to all of your stored documents, making your workplace efficient, organized and the best it can be.

If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
