Description

The AdirOffice Drop Box for Secure Storage is an organization's answer when seeking secure, temporary storage for cash, checks, mail and important documents. Designed for indoor or sheltered area use, its heavy gauge, 14 lb welded steel construction will supply long-term durability and use wherever its placed. A pick-resistant lock, reinforced door and drop slot configuration combine to protect contents until accessed by authorized personnel. Items are deposited through the 9" wide drop slot and are stored in the box's generous storage capacity. These contents can then be accessed through the 7.75" x 6.5", piano-hinged reinforced door. Hard to duplicate, four tubular-design keys are included for easy access inside and to discourage lock picking. For added convenience, the drop box is outfitted with pre-drilled holes on the back and comes complete with mounting hardware for easy installation. With this appropriate supplied hardware, you can easily mount the box on wood, concrete or masonry columns or walls. Providing durability and sufficient space, the AdirOffice Drop Box is one of the best solutions for secure storage after hours or when you are away from your business. Features an easily cleaned, pebble-textured finish that seamlessly fits anywhere inside or outside in sheltered areas.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of shipment, subject to the conditions below. 

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date. 

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Dated Materials (including calendars, planners, organizers)

IMPORTANT: You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and an authorized return address prior to sending items back. We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please email  CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com before returning any items to begin this process.

If the guidelines for returns are not met, ReStockIt will not process the refund.
