Marketing Information:Ascend Dual Monitor Stands feature two height-adjustable platforms that can be mounted and adjusted individually, providing maximum flexibility and customization. Stands utilize a robust clamp system that is hidden underneath the desk to optimize your work space. Clamp fits on desk up to 2" thick. Each 14" wide x 9" deep platform adjusts to three height options for the best ergonomic positioning (4" , 4.88" and 5.75"). Platforms are ideal for traditional, non-VESA stands or raising laptops to the same height as your monitor. They create more useable desk space and offer a sleek, modern look. General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
