Description

Our newly upgraded Carpet Sweeper is sure to impress from the moment it arrives. The improvements we've made have developed our sweeper into a superior product that won't leave you frustrated following a trail of debris. The sweeper's handle has been reinforced and thoroughly threads onto the pole, giving you a secure grip. We've added more bristles to the existing rolls and increased the length so that it has consistent contact with your surface, allowing for superior dirt removal. It works perfectly on carpets, which is great for parents of newborns, for people who live in apartments, and for offices, where vacuuming would be a nuisance. Additionally, restaurants, schools, boutiques and retail shops will find it the most economical solution for keeping their facilities clean. The issue with vacuums other than noise is break-down; they can be costly to fix or replace, and when you have multiple vacuums, it could end up costing you a small fortune. Our Carpet Sweeper has no batteries, cords or bags, minimizing the chances of break-down. At the bottom of the sweeper are dual dust bins that hold the dirt and are simple to empty. The seven brushes located at the bottom are made of either rubber or bristles, varying in depth, to ensure they can pick up various debris. Each purchase includes a durable comb to help keep your strands free from hair, so the sweeper continues to perform at total capacity. This is the only carpet sweeper you will need to keep your facility clean and it will withstand the test of time.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of shipment, subject to the conditions below. 

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
