Built for situations where standard permanent markers just aren't enough, Avery Marks A Lot UltraDuty markers are perfect for construction sites, warehouses, workshops and more. The bold fast-drying ink works great on plastic, wood, metal, corrugate and concrete. The durable XL chisel tip also works on abrasive, dusty, wet and oily surfaces without clogging. The angled 18mm chisel tip allows you to write lines in varying widths to switch from narrow to bold on the spot. Specially engineered to resist water, abrasion and smearing, the heavy duty ink makes sure that your writing will last through even the harshest of conditions. The durable ink is designed to last and won't dry out when the cap is left off for up to 72 hours. The cap also features a useful anti-roll bump to help prevent rolling. Includes 1 black Avery marker. Please Note: The industrial-grade ink has a stronger odor than traditional permanent markers.

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

- Consumable Food or Beverage Products
- Dated Materials (including calendars, planners, organizers)

- Items with a broken security seal
- Opened Software (may be exchanged for identical title only)
