Honeywell True HEPA Three Level Clean Air Filter Tower Allergen Remover
This highly effective air purifier captures 99.97% of the microscopic particles (0.3 microns and larger) that pass through its filter. Honeywell True HEPA air purifiers are efficient at capturing airborne pollutants like dust, pollen, pet dander, mold spores, and tobacco, cooking and fireplace smoke particles. This model also captures certain bacteria and virus from the air passing through the filters. With a slim design and easy-to-use controls, this air purifier uses a mechanical filtration process, meaning that a fan pulls the particle-filled air into the unit and forces that air through a HEPA filter, effectively cleaning and circulating the air in the room up to five times an hour.  And, Honeywell True HEPA Air Purifiers do not release ozone back into the air from the filtration process, making them the preferred option of Allergists.

If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
