Description

Work through the toughest conditions with these Marks A Lot UltraDuty Permanent Markers. Designed for moments when traditional permanent markers aren't strong enough, industrial-grade markers are ideal for workshops, warehouses and construction sites. They work on metal pipes. Industrial markers are also excellent for writing on plastic bins, wood pallets and concrete walls. Sturdy tip also writes clearly on wet, dusty, oily and abrasive surfaces without clogging. Sharp, 1.0mm point of the bullet tip also makes it easy to write consistent and clean lines. Great as outdoor permanent marking, the specially engineered, black marker ink is also resistant to water, abrasion and smearing while still remaining bold and visible. Useful, built-in clip keeps the marker from rolling off surfaces and offers a way to loop into lanyards for extra security.

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date. 

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Consumable Food or Beverage Products
  • Dated Materials (including calendars, planners, organizers)

  • Items with a broken security seal

If the guidelines for returns are not met, ReStockIt will not process the refund.
