Marketing Information:Clorox Healthcare Fuzion Cleaner Disinfectant is a one-step, fast-acting, ready-to-use cleaning spray that combines the trusted efficacy of bleach with excellent surface compatibility and low odor. This bleach cleaner is EPA-registered to kill 64 microorganisms with a 2-minute kill time for C. difficile spores, the fastest kill time available, based on comparison of EPA master labels as of February 2021, and a 1-minute kill time for a broad range of bacteria, viruses and fungi, including Norovirus, MRSA, TB and VRE. This disinfectant also meets EPA criteria for use on hard, nonporous surfaces against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19. With dual-chamber technology that combines bleach solution and neutralizing solution at the nozzle, the neutralizer in the formula breaks down the bleach to significantly reduce residue and eliminate lingering odor. Disinfectant is intended for use in commercial settings including healthcare, athletic facilities and long-term care facilities.

If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
