The N-Ferno 6820 FR Knit Winter Hat provides warm fire-resistant protection for those working in cold environments where arc flash is a risk. Our highest rated flame-resistant product, this self-extinguishing winter hat keeps workers safe. A modacrylic and cotton-blend shell provides a comfortable and snug fit that keeps the cold air out. The 40% cotton and fleece lining adds softness and warmth for optimum comfort. Machine washable, this durable thermal hat is designed to withstand wear and tear. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
