Description

The Arsenal 5302 Ladder Shoulder Lifting Strap is designed for easier and safer transport of heavy ladders and other raw materials. This ladder carrier consists of Two hook & loop anchor straps and a removable padded shoulder strap that are intended to remain conveniently on the back of the ladder when in use, eliminating the need to install and remove the system upon every transport. The universal size and shape is compatible with A-frame and straight ladders, including fiberglass, wood and aluminum styles with varying rungs, cross bars or gussets (will not work with extension or combination/multi-purpose ladders). The padded shoulder strap allows the carrier to put a majority of the ladder's weight on the shoulder, helping to relieve stress from the arms, hands and back. This shoulder strap also allows the user to use both hands for other tasks, such as opening doors, carrying equipment and more.

If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
