Description

The Arsenal 5844 Bucket Truck Tool Bag is designed to hang from aerial bucket hooks for secure storage, convenient tool organization, accessible tethering and prevention of dropped objects. Using a hanging tool bag maximizes space in compact buckets by keeping gear off the floor and out of the way. Unlike most other bucket storage solutions, this portable bag has a rigid freestanding base and carrying straps for versatile use in and out of buckets, preventing workers from needing an additional tool bag for other work environments. Also features standoffs on the side of the bag to keep it upright when hanging inside a bucket. Built for durability in demanding environments, this bucket bag is constructed of abrasion-resistant ballistic polyester with heavy-duty nylon webbing straps and nickel-plated grommets. A storm drain prevents water from building up inside and damaging tools. Ideal for work in bucket trucks, including telecom and utilities.

If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
