Description
The Arsenal 5974 Large Nylon Hoist Bucket Tool Bag is certified to the ANSI/ISEA 121-2018 dropped object prevention standard for safely hoisting, storing and accessing tools while working at heights. Made primarily of 1200D nylon plus an 840D nylon top, synthetic leather bottom and heavy-duty YKK zipper closure this hoist bucket is built for long-lasting durability. In addition to the zippered closure, the top ring of the bucket is molded to maintain a wide opening for easy viewing and access to tools. An interior pocket is also included for tool organization. The high-tensile webbing handle is reinforced with leather and tarpaulin. This tool bucket is hoisted via a double action swiveling carabiner. Rigorously tested and approved to the ANSI/ISEA 121-2018 standard for dropped object prevention. Hoist bucket is third-party certified to 5:1 safety factor statically (2:1 dynamically) with a maximum safe working capacity of 100 lb.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
