This 6210 Phase Change Cooling Ice Vest provides immediate and long-lasting cooling relief to the core by maintaining a constant temperature of 64°F (18°C) for up to two hours. It can be quickly recharged in as little as 10 minutes, making it highly efficient for users in need of rapid cooling in any environment—from dry heat to high humidity, indoors and outdoors. The durable nylon-coated exterior protects against light abrasions, ensuring longevity and reliability in various conditions. Weighing under three pounds, the ice vest offers a lightweight design that enhances comfort during use and remains close to the torso for optimal cooling. Made to contour and move with the body, this all-in-one cooling vest features adjustable hook and loop shoulder straps for a personalized fit. There are many ways to activate your cooling vest. Simply place the vest in a cooler of ice water for 10 minutes; freezer for two-three hours; or refrigerator for five-six hours. Activation time may vary based on fridge/freezer temperature. This body cooling vest is perfect for anyone in need of instant cooling relief while working or playing outdoors or indoors in warm temperatures where heat-related illnesses like heat cramps, heat strokes, heat exhaustion, etc. are possible. Ideal for workers who have to wear an outer layer of non-breathable PPE such as Tyvek suits or FR coveralls.

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
