Description
The Skullerz 8975-MIPS Class C (Conductive) Safety Helmet with MIPS® Technology features an integrated MIPS® Elevate Safety System to increase all-over head protection by reducing the rotational effects associated with dangerous angled impacts. As a two-piece, low-friction suspension design, the MIPS® system allows its safety-crown component to slide freely, in all directions, against its fixed suspension band to minimize the transmission of both linear and rotational forces, protecting the wearer from a broader range of head-impact-related injuries, while simultaneously providing enhanced side-impact protection. And like all Skullerz Safety Helmets, it always provides heavy-duty, yet lightweight and comfortable, protection from top, front and back impacts. A compact PC-ABS shell with adjustable exterior venting allows the wearer to remain cool in hot, dry weather by opening the vents or to remain warm and dry in cold, wet weather by closing the vents, while a smaller, low-profile brim helps to improve the wearer’s field of vision, particularly when looking up. A perforated MIPS® safety crown insert helps maximize airflow for breathable, all-day wearing comfort, and a one-size-fits-most format accommodates those who wear hat sizes 6.5 through 8. A premium, easy-adjust ratcheting system allows the wearer to tighten or loosen the fit without having to take the helmet off, and the rachet system's one-handed adjustment knob pivots to improve overall ergonomics while providing extra clearance for bandana or ponytail knots. A padded, moisture-wicking, odor-resistant sweatband and top pad line the sides, forehead and top of the interior, and both the headband and top pad are removable for machine-washing and/or easy replacement. An integrated chin strap allows the wearer to secure the helmet in place to ensure protection during sudden movements, falls and impacts. Built with even weight-distribution and comfort in mind, all Skullerz 8975 helmets should deliver a snug, balanced fit to please nearly anyone. Patent-pending headlamp slots on the front and rear accommodate Skullerz Hard Hat Headlamps (lamps sold separately). For jobs where increased eye protection is needed, the helmet also accommodates easy, bolt-on mounting of Skullerz Safety Helmet Visors (visors also sold separately). If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
