Whether it's hand tools, power tools or measuring devices, when it comes to retrofitting objects with Squids Tool Tails for lanyard tethering, use Squids 3755 Self-Adhering Tool Traps to properly complete a secure connection. These ultra-durable, fiberglass-reinforced, silicone-rubber traps not only provide a more secure, more reliable attachment point when retrofitting objects for tool-lanyard tethering, but they're also ideal for enhancing the gripping surface on those retrofitted objects. Adhesive-free design delivers mess-free application and removal, while also ensuring rock-solid performance in both oppressively hot summer and bone-chillingly cold winter working environments. Compatible with most Squids Tool Tails and Tool Lanyards (Tool Tails and Lanyards sold separately). Maximum safe working capacity: up to 15 lb (depending on the trap length, tail type, lanyard design and tool selected—refer to the product's included instructions for more details). No heat source required for proper Self-Adhering Tool Trap application. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
