Description
The Chill-Its 6487 Cooling Multi-Band offers head and face protection from the sun, dust and flying debris, as well as cooling relief. Plus, it features evaporative technology for immediate cooling, and UPF 50+ protection against the sun's harmful rays when working outside. Simply wet the cooling headwear to activate instant cooling relief that lasts for hours. When activated, this multi-band is lightweight and refreshing for even the hottest days of the year. Anti-Odor treatment keeps it fresh all day long. Hang dry or machine wash as needed. This PPE safety headwear is incredibly versatile. The soft, stretchable knit material allows the multi-band to be worn as a cooling headband, neck gaiter, face mask or face covering, hat, dew rag and more. It can also be worn under a hard hat for moisture-wicking cooling when dry, and instant evaporative cooling relief when wet.

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
