Fantapak Plastic Zipper Bags
The Reloc Zippit® bags offer the total package: strength, security and reliability. Ideal for industrial product storage as well as food storage. Made from a seamless tube of LDPE resin for maximum clarity and bag integrity. The robust white line zipper was specially crafted with the user in mind. The white line zipper is designed with a C channel profile that offers a strong, tight seal and aids in preventing the bag from opening unexpectedly from inside pressure, but is still easy enough for the user to open with just one hand. The product also features a wide mouth opening for easy loading, a dispenser bag™ packaging that provides neat storage and serves one bag at a time. All cases and boxes are color-coded and labeled for quick and easy product identification. Perfect fit for a wide variety of industries and applications.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of shipment, subject to the conditions below. 

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date. 

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Clearance Products
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items
  • Consumable Food or Beverage Products
  • Dated Materials (including calendars, planners, organizers)
  • Hot/Cold Coolers
  • Items with a broken security seal
  • Opened Software (may be exchanged for identical title only)

IMPORTANT: You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and an authorized return address prior to sending items back. We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please email  CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com before returning any items to begin this process.

If the guidelines for returns are not met, ReStockIt will not process the refund.
