  • Oxygen tubing connector from Sunset Healthcare couples two pieces of supplemental oxygen tubing together to increase overall tubing length, providing higher mobility and enabling use in larger rooms.
  • Smooth, 360° rotation of oxygen tubing swivel connector allows oxygen tubing to move with it, reducing risk of tube twisting, kinking or tangling.
  • By keeping tubing tangle-free, the medical tubing connector decreases tripping hazards and avoids interruption of oxygen flow; provides comfort by reducing pull on nasal cannula.
  • Oxygen supply tubing connector is especially well-suited for users who move around a lot.

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date. 

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Consumable Food or Beverage Products
  • Dated Materials (including calendars, planners, organizers)

  • Items with a broken security seal
  • Opened Software (may be exchanged for identical title only)

IMPORTANT: You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and an authorized return address prior to sending items back. We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please email  CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com before returning any items to begin this process.

If the guidelines for returns are not met, ReStockIt will not process the refund.
