Breathable, four-way stretch, black mesh back cradles your spine with natural lumbar support and increases airflow. Synchro-tilt control mechanism with seat slider reclines the back and seat in the perfect ratio to give you a natural posture whether sitting upright or leaning back. All-adjustable arms include a pivot adjustment for ultimate comfort. Other functions include adjustable lumbar, pneumatic seat-height adjustment from 17" to 21-1/2" , 360-degree swivel, tilt tension and tilt lock. Five-star base is equipped with hard dual-wheel casters. Task chair also offers black Contourett fabric on foam seat and a black frame. 23-1/2" wide seat provides a usable seat depth from 17-3/4" to 19-1/2". Back size is 22-3/4" wide x 24-3/4" high. If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
