Synchronized seat and back provide proper balance, alignment and lumbar support, and can be adjusted with a single lever. Mid-back task chair features a responsive, four-way stretch mesh back to provide all-day comfort and support. Arms adjust from 7-4/11" to 11-4/11" in height and 17-3/8" to 20-1/8" in width. Functions include pneumatic seat-height adjustment, seat-glide mechanism, 360-degree swivel, dual-action synchro tilt, tilt tension and tilt lock. 26-1/2" diameter, five-star base is equipped with 2-4/11" dual-wheeled casters for easy chair movement. General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
