Description
The newly restyled ThermoFresh server line delivers hours of heat retention, is ideal for self-service environments like convenience stores, offices, lounges, and hotel breakfast bars, and enhances operational convenience wherever it is used. The front facing soft-grip bail handle allows for easy removal from the brewer, and ergonomic transportation to and from the serving location. The base incorporates a quick-release mechanism, making each server capable of use with either tall or low-profile style Infusion Series brewers.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of shipment, subject to the conditions below.
General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
- Clearance Products
- Clearance or Final Sale Items
- Consumable Food or Beverage Products
- Dated Materials (including calendars, planners, organizers)
- Hot/Cold Coolers
- Items with a broken security seal
- Opened Software (may be exchanged for identical title only)
