Description
The Chill-Its 5170 Industrial Hard-Sided Cooler is a durable jobsite cooler that keeps food and drinks cold for up to 30 hours. It features a 17-quart (16.1 L) main compartment, an interior compartment for personal items, an optional lock hasp to accommodate #1 Master Lock (sold separately), and a fabric handle/shoulder strap for carrying. This cooler can hold 18 cans and has a recessed lid to accommodate 1 L bottles. The hinged lid locks in place at 90 degrees or opens a full 180 degrees to access the interior compartment that can hold keys, utensils, napkins and more. The hard-sided, rugged construction cooler can also be used as an extra seat and will support up to 300 lbs. The fabric shoulder strap can be converted to a handle for easy transportation to the jobsite. This durable jobsite cooler is perfect for those who are working in the heat, or in construction, maintenance, landscaping, HVAC or trades. It also makes a great weekend cooler for baseball games, kids' sporting events, boating and more.

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

- Consumable Food or Beverage Products
- Dated Materials (including calendars, planners, organizers)

- Items with a broken security seal
- Opened Software (may be exchanged for identical title only)
