Kleenex® (formerly Scott® Plus) provides reliable balance of efficiency, performance and value. Drying is one of the most important steps in the hand washing process, and how you dry matters. Forced air dryers and hot air dryers can take two or even three times as long to use as a paper towel, and studies show that, while the overall cost per use is comparable, the likelihood of spreading germs is greatly reduced with the use of absorbent, single-use drying towels, such as white Kleenex® Hard Roll Paper Towels. Germ counts are significantly lower following the use of a touch-free paper towel dispenser (like the compatible Sanitouch Hard Roll Paper Towel Dispenser)—as much as a 200% decrease when compared with using either jet or hot air dryers. Rather than blowing germs into the air during use, the paper towels are thrown neatly away. These paper towel rolls offer terrific hand drying performance, so your guests will waste less. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
