Dormeo octaspring technology offers eight times more breathability than traditional memory foam. Design also features an elevated headrest and supportive lumbar foam. Seat cushion conforms to body pressure with adaptive body zone comfort. Flip-up arms with soft armrests adjust in height from 27" to 28-1/2". Cable-activated fingertip control operates seat-height adjustment and tilt functions. Functions include pneumatic seat-height adjustment (19-3/4" to 23-1/2"), 360-degree swivel, tilt (104 to 121 degrees), tilt tension and tilt lock. Luxurious, black bonded leather upholstery provides a sleek look. 26" five-star nylon base is equipped with 1-24/25" diameter dual-wheel casters for easy chair movement. Seat measures 22-1/2" wide x 18-1/2" deep x 5" thick. Back size is 22-1/2" wide x 6-3/4" thick x 28" high. Weight capacity is 275 lb.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
