Our Morpheus 360 Comfort Plus Wireless Over-Ear Headphones were built on the Bluetooth 5.0 platform, supporting a truly wire-free listening experience, with robust connectivity when making calls and listening to music. They offer an easier pairing experience and longer battery life. We designed our Over-Ear Headphones with HiFi stereo sound with deep bass by adding custom tuned 40 mm neodymium drivers that provide quality stereo sound with deep bass, and clear mids and highs so you can enjoy an immersive experience with your music and movies, as they are compatible with Netflix, Hulu, Pandora, Spotify, Apple and Disney+. Designed to be comfortable, with soft protein leather earpads and headband to simulate the natural feel of leather. They function as a wireless headset with microphone: our Wireless Over-Ear Headphones are both wireless and wired, with the included 3.5 mm cable. Perfect for work from home, college, online learning, conference calls, Zoom and Teams calls. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of shipment, subject to the conditions below. 

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date. 

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
