Fully adjustable arm allows you to control the height, angle and orientation of your monitor, making it easy to keep it at eye-level, no matter how you configure your workstation. As the arm features a very broad height-adjustability range, most sit-stand applications are supported, too! Viewing height and angle as well as horizontal-landscape and vertical-portrait orientations are also easily achieved with minimal manipulation. For extra convenience, cable-management clips along the heavy-duty arm help you keep your workstation looking neat and tidy. Arm's durable base supports grommet and C-clamp installation. Grommet configuration accommodates worksurfaces up to 3.15". C-clamp configuration accommodates worksurfaces up to 3.35" thick.

If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
