Description
The Chill-Its Lightweight Phase Change Cooling Vest Packs are made to be inserted into model 6255 Lightweight Phase Change Cooling Vest (sold separately) to keep workers cooler, safer and more productive. The phase change cooling material in the packs is 100% biodegradable and maintain a 64° F (18° C) temperature for up to two hours when activated. These packs are designed to be 30% to 60% lighter weight than other cooling vests on the market. Simply place the two removable packs in a cooler of ice water for five minutes; freezer for eight minutes; refrigerator for 12 minutes; or near an air conditioner for one hour. Then place the recharged cooling packs in the vest pockets for hours of cooling. The cooling pack should be washed by hand with a mild detergent and warm water. Do not machine wash or machine dry. This body cooling vest is perfect for anyone in need of instant cooling relief while working or playing outside or indoors in warm temperatures.

If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
