Description
The Chill-Its 6283 Rechargeable Phase Change Ice Pack quickly activates to keep workers cool, productive and safe in the heat. This pack is specifically designed for compatibility with the Chill-Its 6483 Cooling Neck Gaiter—simply insert the activated pack into the interior back-of-neck pocket for up to two hours of enhanced cooling. For convenience on any job site, there are multiple methods for activating this cooling charge pack. Either place the pack in a cooler of ice water for 5 minutes, freezer for 9 minutes, refrigerator for 12 minutes or near an air conditioner for one to two hours. When activated, the phase change cooling material will maintain a 64° F (18° C) temperature for up to two hours. Simply recharge to reactivate. The cooling pack should be hand washed with a mild detergent and warm water. Dry with a paper towel or cloth. Do not machine wash or machine dry.

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
