Description

Trap dust in even the most hard-to-reach places with the O-Cedar Flex & Catch Heavy Duty Dusting Kit. This ultra-flexible duster features a patented head that contours around objects, trapping up to three times more dust than traditional feather dusters. The handle extends three feet, helping you reach high places, and the swivel head locks into six different positions so you can customize your cleaning angle. The Flex & Catch kit comes with three disposable refills, featuring cleaning fibers made from recycled materials. Plus the convenient hook helps keep the refill in place–just loop the refill onto the hook and give it a little tug to keep it secure while dusting. When you're finished dusting, it folds down for easy storage.

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
