Perfect for any space, it features machine-washable and reusable refills for quick, easy and cost-effective cleaning. Powerful water spray wets the entire microfiber pad; no batteries needed. Small size fits under the sink and in the closet. Easy to fill water-tank, fits under standard faucets. Add up to two teaspoons of your favorite floor cleaning solution per water tank. Machine-washable and reusable microfiber mop pad for long-lasting, cost-effective use. 360° swivel mop head cleans hard-to-reach areas, including corners and baseboards. Safe for all hard surfaces—ideal for tile, wood, laminate, vinyl and more. Handle extends to 56 inches. System includes H2prO dual-chamber mopping system, four-piece adjustable handle and microfiber mop pad.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
