The modern frameless feature enables you to hang multiple glass boards adjacent to each other and expand the writing surface to fit your custom space needs. The board's premium ultimate glass writing surface will never stain or ghost. Monthly view enables you to keep track of your hectic schedule. All ink erases easily with a simple eraser and the glass surface continuously outperforms all traditional melamine or painted steel dry erase writing surfaces. Occasionally, use any dry erase board spray or wet dry erase board wipes after continuous use to clean the writing surface. Although all dry erase and glass markers work well with this board, the U Brands dry erase markers provide the ultimate writing and eras-ability experience. For safety, the board is made from tempered glass as well. Modern frameless design includes hidden mounting brackets that give the impression that the board is floating on the wall. Mounting hardware and instructions are included for quick and easy mounting. The board is packaged with extra supportive corrugate material that is highly resistant to damage during shipping; all corrugated material can be recycled once unpacked.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of shipment, subject to the conditions below. 

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date. 

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
