Description
The Brother MFC-L9610CDN Enterprise Color Laser All-in-One Printer provides enterprise-level performance, advanced security features, and reliable output in a compact footprint that is ideal for mid to large-sized workgroups. Offers built-in value with included 6,500-page black and 5,000-page color toner cartridges. For even lower cost printing, use Brother Genuine TN810XL high-yield replacement toner cartridges for 12,000 pages black and 9,000 pages color. Print speeds up to 42ppm. The 100-page capacity auto feeder scans double-sided documents up to 104 ipm. Features a 7" color touchscreen. It has a 620-sheet total standard paper capacity that is expandable. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
