The Lineage™ Big & Tall High Back Task Chair is ideal for use in personal workspaces or conference rooms. Provides back support for tall users and features bonded leather on all seating surfaces for a comfortable and professional-looking chair. Designed with heavy-duty height and tilt mechanisms that allow the user to quickly and easily adjust the height and tilt of the chair to their optimal comfort level. Seat height is adjustable to suit a variety of users. This long-lasting chair also features chrome metal armrests with upholstery pads for comfortable, ergonomic support. The sturdy 29" chrome metal base is mobile on 55 mm, heavy-duty casters to provide smooth movement across the workspace. Rated up to 500 lbs.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
