Safco® Shell Extended-Height Chair
The easy-to-use Shell™ Extended-Height Chair provides intuitive adjustments and a sleek design that suits any workspace. Featuring a contoured back for lumbar support and a frame that naturally flexes to fit the individual user, this drafting chair is great for long work days. For additional comfort, the seat and arms are available with upholstered padding. The seat's back includes stylish holes that provide comfortable breathability during use. Upholstery is vinyl, making it easy-to-clean. The seat height of this chair is easily adjustable from 22" to 32" to suit a wide range of user heights. This height pairs perfectly with standing or adjustable-height desks to help encourage a more active, yet comfortable, workday. The flat footring around the base provides an ergonomic support while sitting, and is adjustable to suit the needs of the user. If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
