Description
The Safco® Steel Guest Stool is a sturdy, all steel stool that is great for use in a variety of spaces. The guest-height stool is perfectly suited for use in breakrooms, open floor plans, personal workspaces, lobbies and more. The easy-to-clean powder coat finish is durable and chip-resistant for a long-lasting seating option. These stools include choice of nylon leg caps or leveling glides to protect floors from scratches or scuffs. The hole in the top of the seat allows the chair to be easily grabbed and carried to allow for portability between spaces.

If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
