Description
Height-adjustable, active seating solution that provides ergonomic posture to users. Design is a symmetrical balance between the base and top, giving it a sleek look, which sets it apart from traditional seating and other similar seating options. Features an upholstered seat that swivels on an aluminum base. Base is designed with a flexible ring underneath to allow the user to adjust the angle to provide a chair where the user can perch, lean or sit. The base also provides movement for the user, helping them have an active seating experience. Height adjustment allows the chair to be used in a variety of work applications and at various work surfaces. The ring mechanism wraps around the entire seat that allows the user to easily adjust the seat height by a simple touch of a finger from any position. There is also an easily graspable channel built-in to the underside of the seat for easy portability. Designed by Thomas Walser.

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
