Description
Vamp™ LED lighting offers flicker-free, energy-saving, economical lighting choices that can be easily customized to fit personal preferences. This versatile unit also comes with a quick and easy, built-in wireless charging pad. Featuring four different temperature settings with both warm light (sun icon) and cool light (snowflake icon) available. It also includes a touch-free dimmer switch to adjust the brightness with a memory button to recall the last setting. Swipe/tap to adjust the brightness. This allows the user to find the lighting that suits them best, which may help to lessen eye strain and create a more comfortable working environment. The flexible multi-pivot neck makes it easy to adjust the angle of the lighting as needed. The lamp also has a USB port on the back of the base, allowing for convenient charging capabilities for other electronics. For desk, home office use or other spaces where extra light is needed.

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
