Description

Quickly and safely charge your USB-C mobile device. Plug it into any NEMA 1-15R, NEMA 5-15R or NEMA 5-15/20R AC outlet to ensure your smartphone, tablet, e-reader, smartwatch, earbuds, handheld gaming console or other low-wattage device charges at its fastest possible speed. The USB-C port supports USB Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 charging up to 5 V 3 A (15 W) and 9 V 2.22 A (20 W). Gallium Nitride Technology provides charging capacity in a flat package. Smaller and lighter than most standard wall chargers that come with mobile devices. It also operates under much cooler temperatures, despite its small size, so it won't get hot while charging your device. The USB-C port features auto-sensing technology that automatically adjusts to your device's appropriate power level, perfect for fast-charging tablets and e-readers. The unit protects against overheating, overcurrent, overcharging and short circuits. It stops charging as soon as your device's batteries are at full capacity. The flat USB Type-C charger is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand and easy to carry in your purse, suitcase, backpack or briefcase. The USB-C port is located on the bottom of the charger, which is ideal for plugging devices into outlets that are tucked behind furniture. The NEMA 1-15P plug folds into the charger when not in use to shield it from damage and prevent it from snagging or scratching your bag's contents.

If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
