SC Johnson Professional® Cleanse Heavy 2 Liter Dispenser
Cleanse Heavy dispensers are for use in the industrial and food service/processing markets. For use only with SC Johnson Professional® 2 L cartridges KCH2LT and KCL2LT (sold separately), which can be replaced in seconds, reducing maintenance time and cost. Dispensers are manufactured from durable plastic components and rigorously tested for high usage environments, providing assurance of quality and long-term cost efficiency and have a large push button that allows easy use by hand or elbow; suitable in hygiene sensitive areas. Sight glass indicates the level of product in the cartridge to help identify when product needs replacing. In case of vandalism or accidental damage, spare parts can be provided allowing for repairs without having to take the dispenser off the wall. Delivers the exact amount required, controlling usage and reducing waste. Simple to understand and language neutral to show best practice method of use; ideal for multinational workforces. Unique locking mechanism helps prevent unauthorized access, pilferage and product contamination. The air-tight cartridges are designed to collapse during use ensuring full evacuation of product with no wastage. Dispenser push buttons are exclusively protected by BioCote®, a silver-based antimicrobial agent that is incorporated into the plastic components at the time of manufacture and inhibits the growth of a broad spectrum of bacteria and molds on the product; BioCote® will not wear-out or rub-off and is effective for the lifetime of the dispenser. BioCote® is a registered trademark of BioCote Limited.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of shipment, subject to the conditions below. 

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date. 

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Consumable Food or Beverage Products
  • Dated Materials (including calendars, planners, organizers)

IMPORTANT: You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and an authorized return address prior to sending items back. We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please email  CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com before returning any items to begin this process.

If the guidelines for returns are not met, ReStockIt will not process the refund.
