3M™ Deluxe Headgear with Ratchet Adjustment
A high-strength thermoplastic crown that provides impact resistance protection to the head. Use headgear with 3M™ faceshields (sold separately) for combined head and face protection. Adjustability and a five-position crown strap allow for a customized fit that is more comfortable to individual wearers. With an adjustable ratchet suspension, this headgear features a unique system that allows faceshield window replacement in seconds and helps provide a precise fit. This headgear gives users the option to switch out faceshields based on materials, sizes, shapes, and tints based on specific task requirements. Head protection is recommended for workers in metalworking, woodworking, utilities, and many other industries. Note: Even when this headgear is worn with a faceshield, workers should also use protective eyewear (sold separately) at all times.

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date. 

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
