The Arsenal 5020P Standard Gear Duffel Bag is easy to carry and helps organize everything you need for the workday or the weekend. Whether you use it as a way to store your equipment on the job, a hunting bag to trek your gear through the woods, or as a carry-on duffel bag while traveling, you can rely on this utility duffel bag to house and protect your valuables. This lightweight, yet super durable gear bag is made with 600D polyester material to withstand wear and tear for long-lasting performance. Keep your essentials clean and dry with the reinforced water-resistant backing. Heavy-duty ribbed webbing handles and the adjustable padded shoulder straps. A large open main compartment fits all your gear with easy loading and unloading, so nothing is left behind. There are two accessory pockets with zippers on each side to hold smaller items.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of shipment, subject to the conditions below. 

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date. 

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Clearance Products
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items
  • Consumable Food or Beverage Products
  • Dated Materials (including calendars, planners, organizers)
  • Hot/Cold Coolers
  • Items with a broken security seal
  • Opened Software (may be exchanged for identical title only)

  • Vacuum Cleaners

IMPORTANT: You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and an authorized return address prior to sending items back. We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please email  CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com before returning any items to begin this process.

If the guidelines for returns are not met, ReStockIt will not process the refund.
