This is the world's first dual loading electric hole punch, where you can load paper horizontally or vertically. With its non-slip base, this suits any executive, administrative or home office user, by keeping the hole punch secure and prevent slipping. Electric or portable battery operation offers you effortless punching wherever you are. Wireless battery power makes this three-hole punch ideal for portable use or hiding unsightly wires. Power the unit for wireless use with six AA batteries (sold separately). Precision steel punch heads deliver clean punching. The punch heads are a standard 9/32" width. You can accommodate various sized documents using the integrated adjustable paper guide. Use the paper guide for perfect hole placement every time, no matter the size of the paper. Each electric hole punch also features a chip drawer to keep your work area clean. To use this unit, insert your stack of papers into the unit's opening. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of shipment, subject to the conditions below.
General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
