Description

Works on contact to reduce pain and anxiety for needle procedures, including injections, IV starts, infusion, finger sticks, heel sticks and dialysis cannulation. Patented M-Stim mechanical stimulation and ice technology combine to deliver needle pain relief where it's needed, blocking pain on contact. Physician-invented and proven to relieve pain and fear from needle procedures. Research shows that Buzzy® allows for faster procedures with less patient distress compared to creams or sprays. It features a friendly bee design and is contoured with a compact shape that can be held in place with included comfort strap or a standard tourniquet. It is small enough to fit easily in a child's hand or on their arm, yet powerful enough for adult injections, blood draws or infusion. Reusable and intended for healthcare and multi-patient use, the vibration unit and included components are healthcare grade and can be disinfected in between uses. Buzzy® XL provides optimal pain relief when combined with the included ice wings (when frozen), best for taking the sting out of intramuscular (IM) and subcutaneous (Sub-Q) injections, any injections using viscous medications, or biologics.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of shipment, subject to the conditions below. 

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
