Description

These FRS radios have 22 channels with blue backlit LCD display for easy viewing. They offer coverage of 250,000 square feet up to 20 floors with hands free communication (VOX). For assured handling they have an anti-slip design and are shock resistant, withstanding up to a 2-meter drop. A charging dock is included for convenient drop in charging. These radios do not require a license or service fees due to high quality band frequencies. A unique circuit extends the life of the batteries as if there are no transmissions within 10 seconds, the radio will automatically switch to battery save mode. 121 privacy codes are included. The IP167 rating provides dust and waterproof resistance. The 180 degree swivel holster allows for sideways rotation for multiple position use.

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
