Exclusive "hot keys" automatically size, space and format labels for wires and cables, terminal blocks, 110 blocks, electrical and patch panels, vertical and fixed-length applications. Pre-programmed symbol library puts industry symbols, punctuation, currency and fractions at your fingertips. Prints Code 39 and Code 128 bar codes on 3/4" labels. Large two-line display is backlit. Slip-resistant grip and rubber bumper protect against damage. Lanyard loop provides the option of hands-free portability. Uses industrial strength labels that resist extreme heat, UV rays, moisture, chemicals and solvents. Automatic shut-off maximizes battery life. Uses six AA batteries or quick-charging lithium battery (all sold separately).

If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation:
- Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
- Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier.
Return Process and Important Notes:
- Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
- Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.
We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
