Description

The N-Ferno 6831 Reflective Balaclava features a 3-in-1 design that converts between balaclava, neck gaiter and winter hat for adaptable thermal protection in various cold environments. A hook-and-loop closure on the back of the gaiter as well as an elastic loop on the back of the hat portion allows this balaclava to be worn three ways for ultimate adaptability. 1) Wear just the hat portion as a beanie. 2) Wear just the gaiter. 3) Combine the two pieces and wear the full balaclava. The versatile design allows users to adjust coverage based on conditions and preference, making it ideal for a variety of outdoor activities in winter weather. The soft polyester material and long length ensures it can be tucked easily into jackets, providing additional insulation and protection from the cold. The 360° reflective accents are designed to increase visibility in low-light conditions. A built-in back pocket at the neck can hold a hand warmer to provide additional warmth where it's needed most. The item is machine washable for easy care and is one-size-fits-most. Ideal for those who work outside, are frequently exposed to cold weather or who participate in outdoor winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding or snowshoeing.

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date.

Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
