The Fellowes LX170 cross-cut shredder is thoughtfully designed and includes the groundbreaking new IntelliBar feature with patented responsive technology that is 100% Jam Proof, allowing you to shred safely and quietly with maximum protection, productivity and convenience. Effortlessly power through paper jams with 100% Jam Proof technology. Monitor real time performance with bin full and runtime indicators. Optimize how many sheets to feed at one time with the efficiency meter. The integrated patented SafeSense technology keeps shredding safe and accident free, especially around children and pets and leverages an elevated design that brings distinction to any work environment. The LX170 shreds 12 sheets of paper per pass into small cross-cut particles for enhanced security (Security Level P-4). In addition to paper, it also destroys staples, paper clips and plastic credit cards. The LX170 shreds continuously for up to 10 minutes allowing you to complete your shredding job in one sitting. Includes spacious 5.8 gallon pull-out bin that holds over 300 shredded sheets.

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date. 

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:
