Description

Lightweight and compact. Easy to carry and stow. Folds flat. Heavy duty construction. Manufactured of lightweight aluminum and durable impact resistant polypropylene plastic. Height-adjustable telescopic handle has three height positions. Incline feature to adjust angle of the handle for easier transport; 90 degree for handcart function, 150 degree for dolly option. Large platform with expandable width feature from 12.5" wide to 14.5" wide. Expanded width provides better stability for large items. Five 3" ball-bearing casters for easy maneuverability and transport; two casters fixed, three casters have 360 degree swivel. Comes fully assembled. Includes two bungee cords to secure items being carried.

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date. 

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Clearance Products
  • Clearance or Final Sale Items
  • Consumable Food or Beverage Products
  • Dated Materials (including calendars, planners, organizers)
  • Hot/Cold Coolers
  • Items with a broken security seal
  • Opened Software (may be exchanged for identical title only)

IMPORTANT: You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and an authorized return address prior to sending items back. We cannot accept unauthorized returns. Please email  CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com before returning any items to begin this process.

If the guidelines for returns are not met, ReStockIt will not process the refund.
