A two-pocket retail-ready solution for counting and sorting the cash your business generates. The Kolibri Signature™ will guaranty your cash counts are correct while vastly improving productivity. Unlike most money counters, the Signature™ is able to read mixed stack of bills as it's fed through and automatically determine what denomination it is ($1, $2, $5, $10, $20, $50 and $100 bills). The two-pocket ensures that a suspect bill, incorrect denomination or face are sorted out into a reject pocket for non-stop counting or sorting. The Kolibri Signature includes a built-in printer, a wide variety of counting modes, a user-friendly interface and a large LCD display that provide a unique experience to speed through end-of-day settlements, till set-ups, etc. Built to last and power through large amounts of cash quickly. Featuring three adjustable bill counting speeds of 800, 1,000 or 1,200 bills per minute provide flexibility based upon the state of the bills to be counted, slower speeds are great for worn bills while faster speeds will sail through crisp new bills. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 30 days of shipment, subject to the conditions below. 

General Returns:
If any item you purchased does not completely satisfy you or you change your mind, you may return it for a refund of the product total, less a 20% restocking fee, within 25 days of the shipment date. 

Items Not Eligible for Return:
Please note that not all items are covered by our standard return policy. Be sure to check the list of non-returnable items (listed below) as we cannot accept returns for them due to manufacturer policies. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, inoperable, or incorrect item, please report the issue immediately. All damage, defects, and shortages must be reported within [5] days of delivery. To initiate this process, please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com with the following documentation: 

  • Photos of the issue: This helps our team determine the best course of action.
  • Photo of the package label: This helps us investigate what may have happened with the carrier. 

Return Process and Important Notes:

  1. Return Authorization Number (RA#): Please email CustomerCare@GoodEarthProducts.com to obtain a required Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further shipping instructions before sending any items back.
  2. Shipping Costs: Shipping and order processing charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs of returning the item(s) to us.
  3. Delivery Inspection: Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery for any obvious signs of damage.
  4. Delivery Confirmation: ReStockIt is not responsible for the replacement of any order that shows "signed for" upon delivery or has proof of delivery photo taken by the carrier.

 

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Consumable Food or Beverage Products
  • Dated Materials (including calendars, planners, organizers)

  • Items with a broken security seal
  • Opened Software (may be exchanged for identical title only)

If the guidelines for returns are not met, ReStockIt will not process the refund.
