Marketing Information:High-performance, ergonomic task chair features a contoured seat and back with built-in lumbar support as well as a sturdy metal frame. Built-in arms adjust in height from 7" to 9" and in width. Functions include pneumatic seat-height adjustment from 16-1/2" to 19" , seat-glide mechanism, 360-degree swivel, tilt, tilt tension and tilt lock. With the seat-glide mechanism, seat cushion travels forward and back and then locks into position. Seat measures 20" wide x 20" deep. The seat depth adjusts 2-1/4" from 16-3/4" to 19". Width between the arms is 18-1/4" to 20-1/4". Back dimensions are 19" wide x 19" high. Five-star base rolls easily on five 2" dual-wheel casters. Weight capacity is 275 lb.

Returns are available due to customer error (such as ordering the wrong product), only if the product is in new, unopened, and unused condition within 30 days of the invoice date. There will be a 20% restocking fee and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.
Damaged goods or incorrect product shipments must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. Please save any shipping cartons, boxes and the damaged product, and use the returns process within the return window time frame. All products must be returned in the original packaging, and we may require pictures of the damaged items in order to initiate the return. GoodEarth will ship a replacement for no additional charge.
If the guidelines for returns are not met, GoodEarth will not process the refund.
